Three-year update of the multinational phase 2 ELIANA trial of tisa-cel for R/R B-ALL in children and young adults

The multinational phase 2 ELIANA trial evaluated tisagenlecleucel (tisa-cel) for relapsed or refractoty B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (R/R B-ALL) in children and young adults. Long-term follow-up of the study found promising results for duration of response (A), event-free survival (B), and overall survival (C). The authors conclude that these findings suggest that tisa-cel is a curative treatment option for heavily pretreated pediatric and young adult patients with R/R B-ALL.
