Single-center study of real-world clinical features and outcomes of primary gastrointestinal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma

Clinical features and outcomes of primary gastrointestinal natural killer/-cell lymphoma (PGINKTL) are largely unknown. A retrospective study at Sichuan University (Chengdu, China) found that the most common clinical symptom at the time of diagnosis was abdominal pain (72% of patients, and the most common lesion site was the colon (60%). Median overall survival was 4.0 months (95% CI 3.1-4.9) and two-year OS rate was 30.7% (20.3-40.1). The nomogram to predict overall survival had good accuracy, with a C-index of 0.727.
