Single-center phase 1-2 trial of neoadjuvant BMS-813160 plus nivolumab and chemotherapy for borderline resectable or locally advanced PDAC

BMS-813160 is a CCR2/5 inhibitor. A phase 1-2 trial at Washington University in St. Louis (MO) evaluated the combination of BMS-813160 with nivolumab and gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel chemotherapy in patients with borderline resectable (BR) or locally advanced (LA) pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). The combination was well tolerated and resulted in improved PFS and OS compared with historical controls among the LA PDAC patients.
