Real-world treatment outcomes with brigatinib for pretreated ALK+ mNSCLC

The retrospective UVEA-Brig study evaluated brigatinib for pretreated ALK-positive mNSCLC in clinical practice in four European countries.Overall, the response rate was 39.8%, median PFS was 11.3 months (95% CI 8.6-12.9) and median OS was 23.3 months (95% CI 16.0-NR). The real-world data indicate that brigatinib was active and tolerable in patients who were more heavily pretreated than patients included in clinical trials.
