Real-world retrospective study of prognostic biomarkers in patients with metastatic TNBC receiving sacituzumab govitecan in second line and beyond
Dr. Malgorzata Pieniazek
A real-world retrospective cohort study at 4 centers in Poland investigated prognostic biomarkers in patient with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer receiving sacituzumab govitecan in second line and beyond. Baseline lower hemoglobin was a significant predictor for worse progression-free survival, whereas baseline higher neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratios was a significant predictor for worse overall survival. Platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio and systemic immune-inflation index lacked prognostic significance.
