Prospective study of monitoring of ctDNA for early relapse detection after axi-cel for LBCL
Prof. David Miklos
Although the majority of patients with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma respond to axicabtagene ciloleulel, only a minority of patients have durable remissions. A multicenter prospective study in the United States found that noninvasive ctDNA assessments can risk stratify and predict outcomes of patients undergoing axi-cel treatment for LBCL.
