Prospective multicenter study of durvalumab for previously treated dMMR/MSI-H solid tumors

A prospective multicenter trail in The Netherlands evaluated durvalumab for patients with previousy treated dMMR/MSI-H solid tumors who had exhausted all their standard of care options. Durvalumab was generally well-tolerated and provided durable responses. The median PFS and OS were 5 months (95% CI 2-NR) and 14 months (5-NR), respectively. High SV burden, JAK1 frameshift mutations, and low IFN-γ expression were associated with lack of clinical benefit.
