Prognostic value of MRD status after metastatic resection in colorectal cancer patients

Colorectal cancer patients in the Italian prospective PREDATOR study who had undergone metastatic resection with curative intent were analyzed for MRD status using a personalized and tumor-informed ctDNA assay. ctDNA-based MRD status was a significant prognostic factor for disease-free and overall survival.
