Prognostic impact of ETS and DoR in MSI-H/dMMR mCRC patients receiving ICIs

Immune checkpoint inhibitors are the new standard of care in microsatellite instability-high/deficient mismatch repair metastatic colorectal cancer. A multicenter retrospective study in Italy found that among patients receiving ICIs for MSI-H/dMMR metastatic colorectal cancer, early tumor shrinkage and depth of response are important prognostic factors. According to the authors, a prospective validation is warranted.
