Population-based case-control study of bleeding risk with concurrent use of anticoagulants and ibrutinib

Data regarding the safety of co-administration of ibrutinib with anticoagulants in real-life settings are scarce. A case-control study using a nationwide database in France found that among patients using ibrutinib, the risk of clinically relevant bleeding was 2.5-fold increased with concurrent use of anticoagulants (visual abstract).
