Pooled analysis of prospective studies of association of reproductive factors with endometrial cancer risk among East-Asian women

There are indications for an association between reproductive factors and endometrial cancer risk, but prospective studies have been mainly conducted in Western countries. A pooled analysis of 13 prospective studies in East Asia has assessed this association among Asian women. This pooled cohort study of 332,665 women including 1005 endometrial cancer cases found that late menarche, early menopause, and a greater number of deliveries were associated with a lower risk of endometrial cancer.
