Phase 2a study of belumosudil for the treatment of chronic graft-versus-host disease

A multicenter phase 2a study in the USA evaluated the ROCK2 inhibitor belumosudil for chronic graft-versus-host disease in patients who had received one to three prior lines of therapy. Belumosudil treatment resulted in a high ORR and overall survival rate, quality of life improvements, and corticosteroid dose reductions, with limited toxicity.
