Phase 2-study of camrelizumab plus apatinib for high-risk chemorefractory of relapsed gestational throphoblastic neoplasia
Treatment options for patients with high-risk chemorefractory or relapsed gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) are scarce. The synergistic antitumor effect of immunotherapy and antiangiogenesis has been shown in many types of solid tumors. The phase 2 CAP 01 study in Beijing found that the combination of camrelizumab and apatinib had promising antitumor activity (ORR 55%) and acceptable toxicity among patients with high-risk chemorefractory or relapsed GTN.
