Phase 1b-2 study of polatuzumab vedotin-obinutuzumab-lenalidomide for R/R follicular lymphoma

Obinutuzumab with polatuzumab vedotin or lenalidomide showed tolerability and activity in patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (R/R FL). A cohort of a multinational phase 1b-2 study evaluated the combination of polatuzumab vedotin plus obinutuzumab and lenalidomide (Pola-G-Len) for R/R FL. Pola-G-Len induced objective response in 76% (90% CI 64-86) and complete response in 63% (90% CI 50-75) of patients. The findings compare favorably with available therapies and support future studies of Pola-G-Len for R/R FL.
