Perioperative durvalumab and tremelimumab for colorectal cancer liver metastases
Dr. Michael Overman
A pilot study at MD Anderson Cancer Center (Houston, TX) evaluated perioperative anti-CTLA4 and anti-PDL1 therapy for resectable CRC liver metastases. Patients received one dose of tremelimumab plus durvalumab preoperatively and single-agent durvalumab postoperatively. Four of 24 patients had pathologic complete response. The median RFS was 9.7 months (95%CI 8.1-17.8) and the median OS was 24.5 months (95% CI 16.5-28.4).
