Pembrolizumab with or without ipilimumab for mNSCLC with PD-L1 TPS 50% or higher

The multinational phase 3 study KEYNOTE-598 found that adding ipilimumab to pembrolizumab did not improve efficacy and was associated with greater toxicity than pembrolizumab monotherapy as first-line treatment for mNSCLC with PD-L1 TPS ≥ 50% and no targetable EGFR or ALK aberrations.
