Patient-reported outcomes with first-line enfortumab vedotin with or without pembrolizumab for advanced urothelial cancer in cisplatin-ineligible patients

Prof. Matthew Milowsky

Locally advanced/metastatic urothelial cancer (la/mUC) affects patients’ quality of life (QOL) and functioning. Secondary analysis of the phase 1b-2 trial EV-103 cohort K investigated patient-reported outcomes with first-line enfortumab vedotin (EV) with or without pembrolizumab (P) among la/mUC patients ineligible for cisplatin. For EV+P, QOL was maintained through week 24 (end of treatment), with improvements in emotional functioning, pain, and insomnia. For EV-monotherapy, QOL remained stable with improvements in pain, insomnia, and constipation.
