The multinational phase 3 study IMbrave150 randomized patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma to atezolizumab plus bevacizumab or sorafenib, and showed better PFS and OS with atezolizumab-bevacizumab than with sorafenib. Prespecified analyses of patient-reported outcomes have now been published. The analyses showed also clinically meaningful benefits in terms of quality of life, functioning, and disease symptoms with atezolizumab-bevacizumab compared with sorafenib.
