Overall survival in propensity score-matched prospective study of allogeneic transplantation in advanced cutaneous T-cell lymphoma
Prof. Régis Peffault de Latour
Avanced-stage cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (aCTCL) patients have poor prognosis. The French multicenter propensity score-matched controlled prospective CUTALLO study found that among aCTCL patients, allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation was associated with significantly improved overall survival (median OS not reached in the HSCT group versus 51.5 months in the non-HSCT group; HR 0.40; 95% CI 0.20-0.80).
