The prognosis of relapsed or refractory anaplastic large cell lymphoma (R/R ALCL) is poor. Retrospective analysis of the database of the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research evaluated the outcomes of allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant (alloHSCT) for R/R ALCL. The analysis found that alloHSCT can result in durable disease control in a sizable proportion of patients with R/R ALCL. Refractory disease and racial minority status predicted inferior alloHSCT outcomes.
