Nomograms to predict outcomes after Lu-177 PSMA for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer

A multinational retrospective study resulted in nomograms to predict outcomes after Lu-177 PSMA therapy for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. The C-index of the overall survival model was 0.71 (95% CI 0.69-0.73) with similar C-indices at internal and external validation. The C-index of the PSA-progression-free survival model was 0.70 (95% CI 0.68-0.72), again with similar C-indices at internal and external validation.
