Nivolumab plus ipilimumab for advanced renal cell carcinoma with brain metastases

Nivolumab plus ipilimumab (NIVO + IPI) has demonstrated long-term efficacy and safety in patients with previously untreated, advanced renal cell carcinoma (aRCC). The multicenter phase 3b-4 CheckMate 920 study evaluated NIVO + IPI in a cohort of patients with previously untreated aRCC with brain metastases. The ORR was 32% with a median duration of response of 24.0 months.
