Multinational phase I study of VenDd and VenDVd for RRMM with or without t(11,14) translocation
Dr. Nizar Bahlis
Multiple myeloma (MM) is a heterogenous disease. Regimens combining drugs with synergistic or additive mechanisms of action are key to controlling MM. A multinational phase 1 study evaluated venetoclax-daratumumab-dexamethasone (VenDd) with or without bortezomib (VenDVd) for relapsed or refractory MM. The study found that VenDd and VenDVd produced a high rate of deep and durable responses
in patients with RRMM.
