Multinational phase 3 trial of lenvatinib plus pembrolizumab for pretreated advanced endometrial cancer: KEYNOTE-775 final analysis

The multinational phase 3 KEYNOTE-775 trial randomized patients with previously treated advanced endometrial cancer to lenvatinib plus pembrolizumab (n=411) or chemotherapy of the treating physician’s choice (n=416). Final analysis of the trial has now been published. Lenvatinib plus pembrolizumab resulted in longer overall and progression-free survival than chemotherapy, both in the pMMR population (A,C) and among all patients (B,D). OS, PFS, and ORR favored lenvatinib plus pembrolizumab in all subgroups of interest. No new safety signals were observed.
