Multinational phase 3 study of sotarasib for previously treated NSCLC with KRAS G12C mutation

Sotorasib is an oral, irreversible KRAS^G12C inhibitor. The multinational phase 3 CodeBreaK 200 trial compared sotorasib versus docetaxel for previously treated non-small cell lung cancer with KRAS G12C mutation. Sotorasib demonstrated superior PFS and ORR compared to docetaxel and had a more favorable safety profile.
