Multinational phase 3 study of first-line lorlatinib versus crizotinib for ALK-positive aNSCLC: updated results from CROWN
Prof. Benjamin Solomon
The multinational (104 centers in 23 countries) phase 3 CROWN study randomized patients with previously untreated ALK-positive advanced non-small cell lung cancer to lorlatinib or crizotinib. Updated analysis after median 36.7 months (lorlatinib) and 29.3 months (crizotinib) found longer progression-free survival among all patients (A) and longer intracranial PFS among patients with baseline brain metastases (B) for lorlatinib versus crizotinib. There were no new safety signals.
