Multinational phase 2b study of umbralisib for relapsed or refractory indolent lymphoma

Umbralisib is a CK1ε/PI3K inhibitor with, compared to other PI3K inhibitors, improved selectivity for PI3Kδ. The multinational phase 2b UNITY-NHL study found that umbralisib had meaningful clinical activity with relatively long duration in heavily pretreated patients with indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma, with a relatively low incidence of immune-mediated toxicities and adverse event-related discontinuations.
