Multinational phase 2 trial of telisotuzumab vedotin for previously treated c-Met overexpressing advanced non-squamous EGFR-wt NSCLC

Dr. Ross Camidge

Telisotuzumab vedotin (Teliso-V) is a c-Met directed antibody-drug conjugate with a MMAE cytotoxic payload. The multinational phase 2 LUMINOSITY trial evaluated Teliso-V monotherapy for previously treated locally advanced or metastatic c-Met overexpressing non-squamous EGFR-wildtype NSCLC. The overall response rate (independent review) was 28.6%, with median duration of response 8.3 months, median progression-free survival 5.7 months, and median overall survival 14.5 months. Most common any grade treatment-related adverse events were peripheral sensory neuropathy (30%), peripheral edema (16%), and fatigue (14%). The authors conclude that Teliso-V was associated with durable responses and manageable adverse events in this patient population.
