The prognosis of patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma with standard of care therapy is poor. Elranatamab is a humanized bispecific antibody that targets both BCMA (on myeloma cells) and CD3 (on T cells) inducing a cytotoxic T-cell response against myeloma cells.
