Multinational phase 2 study of trastuzumab deruxtecan for HER2-mutant mNSCLC

HER2-targeted therapies have not been approved for patients with NSCLC. Trastzuzumab deruxtecan is a HER2 antibody-drug conjugate. The multinational phase 2 DESTINY-Lung01 evaluated trastuzumab deruxtecan for HER2-mutant mNSCLC in previously treated patients. Trastuzumab deruxtecan showed durable anticancer activity. Observed toxic effects were generaly consistent with those in previously reported studies.
