Multinational phase 2 study of pembrolizumab plus cCRT for unresectable, locally advanced, stage III NSCLC

The multinational phase 2 study KEYNOTE-799 evaluated pembrolizumab plus concurrent chemoradiation therapy for unresectable, locally advanced, stage III non-small cell lung cancer. In cohort A (patients with squamous and nonsquamous histology) the ORR was 70,5% and in cohort B (nonsquamous histology only) the ORR was 70,6%. The median duration of response was not reached in both cohorts. The safety was manageable.
