Multinational phase 2 study of pembrolizumab for advanced mesothelioma

The multinational phase 2 study KEYNOTE-158 evaluated pembrolizumab for advanced mesothelioma. Pembrolizumab treatment resulted in objective responses in 8% of patients with PD-L1 positive MPM and 13% of patients with PD-L1 negative MPM. Median duration of objective response was 14.3 months. Median progression-free survival was 2.1 months (95% CI 2.1-3.9) and median overall survival was 10.0 months (7.6-13.4).
