Multinational phase 2 study of loncastuximab tesirine for relapsed or refractory DLBCL

Loncastuximab tesirine is a CD19-directed antibody-drug conjugate. The multinational phase 2 study LOTIS-2 evaluated loncastuximab tesirine for relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma after two or more previous multiagent systemic treatments. Among 145 patients, 35 had complete response and 35 had partial response (ORR 48.3%; 95% CI 39.9-56.7). The safety profile was acceptable.
