Multinational phase 2 study of golidocitinib for relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma
Prof. Jun Zhu
Golidocitinib, a selective JAK1 TKI, has shown encouraging anti-tumor activity in heavily pretreated patients with relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (RR PTCL) in the phase 1 JACKPOT8 Part A study. The phase 2 JACKPOT8 Part B study, at 49 centers in 4 countries, evaluated golidocitinib for RR PTCL in a cohort of 104 patients. Complete reponse was seen in 24% of patients and partial response in 20%, for an ORR of 44.3% (95% CI 33.7-55.3). Grade 3 or 4 treatment-related adverse events were seen in 59%, and were clinically manageable and reversible. Grade 5 TRAEs occurred in 3%. The authors conclude that in this study, golidocitinib for RR PTCL showed a favorable benefit-risk profile.
