Multinational phase 2 study of dabrafenib plus trametinib for BRAF-V600E-mutant low-grade and high-grade glioma

Effective treatments are needed to improve outcomes of high-grade glioma and low-grade glioma. The multinational phase 2 basket study ROAR found that the combination of dabrafenib plus trametinib had clinically meaningful activity in patients with BRAFV600E mutation –positive recurrent or refractory high-grade glioma and in patients with BRAFV600E mutation-positive low-grade glioma. The safety profile was consistent with what is seen with this combination for other indications.
