Multinational phase 1b study of tarlatamab plus a PD-L1 inhibitor as maintenance after first-line chemo-immunotherapy for ES-SCLC

Tarlatamab is a DLL3-directed bispecific T-cell engager. The phase 1b DeLLphi-303 trial, at 30 centers in 13 countries, evaluated tarlatamab plus atezolizumab or durvalumab as maintenance therapy after first-line chemo-immunotherapy for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. The combination had a manageable safety profile with promising anticancer activity. The median overall survival was 25.3 months (95% CI 20.3-NE).
