Multinational phase 1b study of talquetamab plus daratumumab for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma

Talquetamab is a GPRC5D-targeting bispecific antibody for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM). The multinational phase 1b TRIMM-2 trial evaluated the combination of talquetamab and daratumumab for heavily pretreated RRMM (median 5 prior lines of therapy). The safety profile was consistent with each agent as monotherapy. The combination had promising efficacy outcomes, with responses in more than 70% of patients and median progression-free survival more than 21 months.
