Multinational phase 1 trial of dostarlimab monotherapy for mismatch repair deficient solid tumors

Mismatch repair deficiency (dMMR) occurs in various cancers, and these tumors are attractive candidates for anti-PD-1 therapies such as dostarlimab. The multinational phase 1 GARNET trial evaluated dostarlimab for advanced or recurrent dMMR solid tumors. Objective response was seen in 44% of the 327 patients, with a median duration of response that was not reached during a median follow-up of 22.7 months. Dostarlimab was well-tolerated, and resulted in promising survival outcomes.
