Multinational phase 1 study of single-agent divarasib for KRAS G12C-positive advanced non-small cell lung cancer
Dr. Adrian Sacher
Divarasib is an oral next-generation KRAS G12C inibitor. A multinational phase 1 study evaluated divarasib monotherapy for KRAS G12C-positive advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Among 65 patients, 31 patients (48%) were treated beyond 1 year. Long-term (≥ 1 year) follow-up
of the study found promising activity of divarasib. The safety profile beyond 1 year was consistent with the overall safety profile. The authors conclude that with extended follow-up, divarasib demonstrated long-term safety and antitumor activity among patients with advanced KRAS G12C-positive NSCLC.
