Current standard of care for non-Hodgkin lymphoma comprises an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody in combination with chemotherapy. An unmet need remains for safe and effective therapies for progressive or relapsed disease. Mosunetuzumab is a bispecific antibody targeting CD20 and CD3 that redirects T cells to engage and eliminate malignant B cells. A multinational phase 1 study evaluated mosunetuzumab voor R/R B-NHL. The study showed that mosunetuzumab, administered with step-up dosing, had a manageable safety profile and induced durable complete responses in a substantial proportion of patients.
