Multinational phase 1-2 trial of sotorasib for KRAS p.G12C-mutated advanced pancreatic cancer
Prof. David Hong
KRAS p.G12C mutation occurs in approximately 1 to 2% of pancreatic cancers. Sotorasib is a KRAS G12C inhibitor. A multinational phase 1-2 trial evaluated sotorasib for previously treated avanced pancreatic cancer with KRAS p.G12C mutation. The safety profile of sotorasib was acceptable. Objective response was seen in 21% of patients (95% CI 10-37). Median progression-free survival was 4.0 months (95% CI 2.8-5.6) and median overall survival was 6.9 months (95% CI 5.0-9.1).
