Multinational phase 1-2 study of pralsetinib for RET fusion-positive NSCLC
Dr. Justin Gainor
Pralsetinib is a highly potent, oral, selective RET inhibitor. A cohort of the multinational phase 1-2 ARROW study evaluated pralsetinib for locally advanced or metastatic RET fusion-positive NSCLC. The ORR was 61% (95% CI 50-71) including 6% with complete response in the group with previously treated disease, and 70% (50-86) including 11% with complete response in the treatment-naïve group. The treatment was well-tolerated.
