Multinational phase 1-2 study of iberdomide plus dexamethasone for heavily pretreated relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma

Iberdomide is a novel cereblon E3 ligase modulator. In preclinical myeloma models, iberdomide has shown synergy with dexamethasone. The multinational phase 1-2 CC-220-MM-001 trial showed that the combination of iberdomide and dexamethasone was generally safe and had meaningful clinical activity in heavily pretreated patients with multiple myeloma, including in disease that was refractory to immunomodulatory drugs.
