The multicenter phase 3 SOC-1 study in China found that among patients with platinum-sensitive relapsed ovarian cancer secondary cytoreduction followed by chemotherapy was associated with significantly longer progression-free survival than chemotherapy alone (median 17.4 months versus 11.9 months; HR 0.58; p<0.0001)
