Multicenter phase 2b trial of neoadjuvant osimertinib for EGFR-mutant resectable stage II-IIIB lung adenocarcinoma

The multicenter phase 2b NEOS trial, at six centers in China, evaluated neoadjuvant osimertinib for EGFR-mutant resectable stage II-IIIB lung adenocarcinoma. Neoadjuvant osimertinib had satisfying activity and an acceptable safety profile. The authors conclude that osimertinib could be a promising neoadjuvant therapy in patients with resectable EGFR-mutant lung adenocarcinoma.
