Multicenter phase 2 trial of tislelizumab plus chemotherapy for EGFR-mutated non-squamous NSCLC after progression on EGFR TKIs
Prof. Baohui Han
Patients with EGFR-mutated non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (nsqNSCLC) have limited options after treatment failure with EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors. A multicenter phase 2 trial in China evaluated the combination of tislelizumab (anti-PD-1) and chemotherapy for this patient population. The study met the primary end point of progression-free survival. The combination of tislelizumab and chemotherapy had promising efficacy
and acceptable safety, with no grade 5 treatment-emergent adverse events.
