Multicenter phase 2 trial of ipilimumab plus nivolumab for pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms

The multicenter phase 2 basket trial of Dual Anti-CTLA-4 and anti-PD-1 blockade in Rare Tumors (DART) evaluates the combination of low-dose ipilimumab and nivolumab. In the pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm (PNEN) cohort of DART, the combination resulted in 11% objective response rate and 26% clinical benefit rate (includes SD > 6 months) with durable benefit lasting > 2 years in 16% of patients. The median progression-free survival was 3 months and the median overall survival was 24 months.
