Multicenter phase 2 trial of HBM4003 plus toripalimab for high-grade refractory neuroendocrine neoplasms
Prof. Lin Shen
High-grade neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) have limited treatment options following first-line platinum-based chemotherapy. A multicenter phase 2 trial in China evaluated dual immune checkpoint blockade with the combination of HBM4003 (anti-CTLA-4) and toripalimab (anti-PD-1) for high-grade, refractory NENs. The combination had promising anti-tumor activity and manageable safety, supporting further investigation of this therapy.
