Multicenter phase 2 trial of first-line sacituzumab tirumotecan plus tagitanlimab for advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Sacituzumab tirumotecan (sac-TMT) is an antibody-drug conjugate targeting trophoblast cell surface antigen 2, and tagitanlimab is an anti-PD-L1 antibody. The ongoing multicenter phase 2 OptiTROP-Lung01 study in China evaluates the combination of sac-TMT and tagitanlimab as first-line therapy for advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer without actionable genomic alterations. The combination showed promising efficacy and a manageable safety profile.
