Multicenter phase 2 trial of first-line glofitamab with Pola-R-CHP or R-CHOP for high-risk LBCL in younger patients
Prof. Michael Dickinson
The multicenter phase 2 COALITION study in Australia evaluated addition of the CD20xCD3 bispecific antibody glofitamab to first-line Pola-R-CHP or R-CHOP for high-risk large B-cell lymphoma in patients aged < 65 years. The therapy was deliverable with treatment completion in over 95% of patients and a median relative dose intensity ≥ 94%. Overall and complete response rates were 100% and 98%, respectively, whereas two-year PFS and OS rates were 86% and 92%, respectively. The authors conclude that the combination was feasible and resulted in high rates of durable response.
